Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 month of purchase. After 3 months from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear.

All products use nickel-free plating, making them 99% allergy-free. However, individual reactions may vary depending on the user's condition.

Our plating is done with special coating techniques to maximize tarnish resistance. However, minimizing the contact of jewelry with perfume, hair products, water and sweat can help maintain it for longer use. After use, cleaning the surface with a dry cloth and sealing them for storage may also help.
